Lovely ladies holding babies near the craft station
Paige, Kirra and Jenna
At least once a year we are The Well cancel all church services and go out into the communities we are connected to Susan B, Easterby and Powers/Ginsburg and do all sorts of things. From repainting curb numbers, kids activities, mowing lawns, making repairs on peoples houses, beautifying schools...it's a blast to serve alongside new and old friends!
I don't "make" the kids wear certain clothes, or matching clothes, or clothes that I think are cute that often...which gives me the upper hand when I do want them to. Like, Easter. I said, "It's my day to choose and you will have a good attitude." Turned out pretty well :)
Jenna has gone from this to drawing people in the last few months. It's amazing to see them develop. What a joy it is to raise these kiddos.
Kirra is "detail girl". She notices all of the details in life...mostly about how people look and feel. Since she could talk she would point out the check-out girl's earings or lip stick color...and now she draws it.
First day of putting the play structure together...the ice cream truck came by at just the right time.
